How to Use Matcha?
Matcha (Maccha) tea is enjoyed straight or used in many beverages and desserts, including matcha lattes, matcha cafe au lait, matcha milkshakes, matcha cakes, and matcha cookies.
Before using matcha in your drinks, you need to dilute it with hot water and a whisk, but if you prefer, you can add it to your cold drink products after preparing the matcha with hot water.
How Do I Store My Tea?
As long as you store it in a cool and dry place, you will not encounter any problems.
Since our products are prepared to order, you can consume them without any problems within one year after opening your package.
What are the benefits of matcha?
Matcha tea is typically produced from the gyokuro tea tree. The tea leaves are dried and ground into a powder through a special process, making them far more potent than plain green tea.
Matcha tea is a popular choice in Japan for its beneficial properties. It contains powerful antioxidants called catechins , which protect the body from dangerous free radicals.
The most powerful catechin found in green tea is Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) , which is believed to be a strong anti-carcinogen.
